RICHMOND, VA, November 9, 2012—IPC Technologies announced today that it has been designated a ShoreTel Sky Channel Partner. IPC is the only ShoreTel reseller in the Northeast delivering the ShoreTel Sky family of cloud-based Voice over IP (VoIP), unified communications (UC) and contact center services, as well as ShoreTel’s full line of premise-based solutions.
