IPC’s go-to-market strategy featuring ShoreTel Unified Communications leverages networking solutions from HP.
RICHMOND, VA., March 20, 2013 – IPC Technologies announced today that it is extending its Unified Communications platform to provide new solutions to customers with help from HP. The offerings are a natural extension of IPC’s longtime partnership with ShoreTel and bring greater value to customers through the combination of ShoreTel’s best-of-breed unified communications solutions and HP’s secure and flexible network infrastructure.
As a member of the ShoreTel Circle of Excellence, IPC is recognized as one of ShoreTel’s top partners. IPC can now achieve ready access to HP solution architects with in-depth knowledge of its networking products within a ShoreTel environment. IPC’s network engineers have also built upon their expertise through training in the design, implementation and support of HP networking solutions.
“IPC’s engineers are helping customers leverage ShoreTel and HP to architect a highly reliable, scalable and easy-to-manage unified communications infrastructure with the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry,” said Jeff Andrews, Executive Vice President, IPC Technologies. “ShoreTel’s unique distributed voice architecture blends seamlessly with HP’s networking solutions to support today’s multimedia and mobility requirements. Users can access a suite of communications and collaboration tools from their desktops or mobile devices with superior quality of service.”
HP offers a broad portfolio of networking products that combine to create an edge-to-core solution with standards-based features and a unified, single-pane-of-glass management. This enables a consistent implementation from data center to campus to branch, reducing risk and operational costs.
ShoreTel’s brilliantly simple Unified Communications platform extends the ease of management and low TCO to the communications infrastructure. Customers further gain the agility to respond to changing business demands.
“IPC is helping customers reduce the cost and complexity of their network and communications infrastructure while leveraging best-of-breed solutions,” Andrews said. “IPC, HP and ShoreTel provide an unmatched combination that minimizes capital and operational costs while improving the way communications are delivered and managed.”
