Award recognizes IPC’s continued growth and rank as the No. 2 ShoreTel Partner in the U.S.
RICHMOND, Va. — Dec. 14, 2016 — IPC has been named a ShoreTel Circle of Excellence Winner for 2016, and recognized as the second largest ShoreTel partner in the U.S. The Circle of Excellence award recognizes IPC’s exceptional achievement in areas such as year-over-year growth and cloud recurring revenue. Winners were announced at the 2016 ShoreTelOne Global Partner Conference, held Dec. 6-8 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Fla.
“Considering that the top ShoreTel partner in the U.S. is a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 company, we’re pretty excited to be No. 2,” said Jeff Andrews, Executive Vice President, IPC. “The IPC team works hard to deliver ShoreTel solutions with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. With IPC, customers get all the benefits of our extensive ShoreTel experience along with the personal attention that you expect from a smaller, local provider.”
“IPC is a longtime ShoreTel partner dedicated to excellence in sales, engineering and support and we’re proud of their achievement,” said David Petts, senior vice president of worldwide sales and customer success at ShoreTel. “The Circle of Excellence Award recognizes IPC’s sales acumen and growth and exemplary customer service.”
The Circle of Excellence award comes on the heels of IPC’s designation as a ShoreTel Platinum Champion Partner, announced in September. IPC has exceeded the ShoreTel Platinum requirements, with 37 ShoreTel professionals on staff and 73 ShoreTel Connect certifications.
“We are among an elite group of partners to achieve Circle of Excellence status based on both onsite and cloud practice areas in 2016,” Andrews said. “This recognition provides proof of our ability to successfully deliver the ShoreTel Connect ONSITE and Connect CLOUD solutions to customers.”
