Steven Banks

Vice President of Sales

After attending Roanoke College, Steven returned to Richmond and began working at IPC Technologies in the summer of 2007. He spent his first two years on the engineering team providing customer support and assisting with special projects. He then moved into a business development and account management role, serving customers throughout Virginia. As Director of Sales for ShoreTel Telecom, he has primary responsibility for telecom solution sales as well as IPC’s FastSpectrum offering. Steven currently lives in Richmond and enjoys running, fishing and playing golf.

Jonathan Anderegg

IPC-Mitel CTO & Director of Business Development, SC & Southern NC

Jonathan’s IT industry experience spans more than 30 years and covers the gamut of professional roles. Beginning his career as a sales representative, he served as a senior engineer then a professional services manager. In these capacities he gained expertise in the design and implementation of ShoreTel Unified Communications systems. As IPC’s ShoreTel CTO, Jonathan focuses on larger, more intricate ShoreTel designs and assists the sales team with demonstrations, RFPs and customer requests. Because of his engineering background, he also serves as liaison between the Sales and Engineering departments.

ShoreTel certifications: IS, SE, SS, SA, SESO, SSA, SSCA, SSCE, SSO, UCSE.

Mark Kruger

Director of Mitel Operations and UCaaS IoT Evangelist

Mark anticipated the shift in the voice and unified communications (UC) market to hosted and cloud-based solutions, and formed Converged Solutions and Services to help customers take advantage of the UC-as-a-Service model. Mark brings that passion and vision to IPC, along with deep technical knowledge of the Mitel UC platform. Prior to founding CSS, he led one of the largest Mitel and Toshiba dealers in the Southeast, and before that was heavily involved in pioneering the twisted-pair cabling that is still used in telecommunications today. Mark is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he provided maintenance on telecom equipment at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska.

Jack Knocke

General Manager, IoT Solutions Group

Jack Knocke is an evangelist and thought leader in leveraging connected devices to efficiently extend traditional bounds of humans and machines. As General Manager of IPC’s IoT Solutions Group, Jack is helping companies leverage these new technologies to solve mission-critical challenges. Jack is a 30-year veteran of the telecom industry. Prior to founding The VAR Advisor and IoT Advisor Group, he spent five years as COO for master agency MicroCorp, Inc. Previously, he held senior business development and operations positions, and spent 14 years with GTE/Verizon leading new initiatives in marketing, product development, systems integration, product fulfillment and finance. Jack is also an adjunct professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville, teaching entrepreneurship and other business courses.

Bruce DeLeon

Director of Business Development, East Mid-Atlantic

Bruce joined IPC with over 25 years of telecom experience. He’s held various sales and sales management positions with companies ranging in size from small voice/data companies to Fortune 100 behemoths. Product knowledge encompasses network services, hardware and software solutions for enterprise end-users and Value Added Resellers (VARs). He’s an ex-USAF computer programmer and is an avid golfer, enjoys billiards and fashions himself as a gourmand.

Jim Krieger

Director of Business Development, West Mid-Atlantic

Jim has over thirty years of practical experience in the design/ specification, project management, certification and maintenance of all types of Networking and Electronic Systems that support the transmission of data, video, voice and multi-media communications. Project experience includes education, health care and technology center type facilities. Design exposure involves a working knowledge of multi-phase design projects and associated documentation and milestone deliverables. Jim enjoys time with the family and boating.

Curt Lutz

Director of Business Development, South Mid-Atlantic

Curt has held senior account management positions since 1998, specializing in C-level consultative sales. His broad industry experience, ranging from IT and electronics to financial services and entertainment, gives him keen insight and a unique perspective into the needs of customers. In addition to solution sales and project management, Curt is adept at developing strong relationships with vendor partners in order to meet customer needs and goals. A detail-oriented operations and marketing professional, he also excels at developing processes that enable excellence in the delivery of services to customers.

Brooke Steele-Ashburn

Technical Account Manager

Brooke Steele-Ashburn brings to IPC more than a decade of experience in the solution design and implementation of IP communications systems. She is knowledgeable in both data infrastructure and voice services, with a specialty in hosted managed voice services. She takes the time to understand each customer’s business and technical requirements and apply her knowledge to meeting those needs. Her customer-centric approach is focused on maintaining and developing long-term relationships.

Lisa Mumford

Senior Director of Business Development

Lisa has been helping enterprise and SMB customers solve their telecom challenges for more than 30 years. She works closely with customers to discover their business needs and goals and develop a telecom strategy that will help them meet those objectives. She has extensive experience in voice, unified communications and call center technologies, as well as mobility, conferencing, disaster recovery and hosted solutions. Much of Lisa’s expertise was gained in her 25 years at Mitel, where she was involved in the evolution of telephony and voice services from traditional PBX systems to today’s virtualized and cloud-based platforms. Lisa is based in the Tampa Bay area, but serves customers throughout the state of Florida.
