Steven Banks

Vice President of Sales

After attending Roanoke College, Steven returned to Richmond and began working at IPC Technologies in the summer of 2007. He spent his first two years on the engineering team providing customer support and assisting with special projects. He then moved into a business development and account management role, serving customers throughout Virginia. As Director of Sales for ShoreTel Telecom, he has primary responsibility for telecom solution sales as well as IPC’s FastSpectrum offering. Steven currently lives in Richmond and enjoys running, fishing and playing golf.

Jonathan Anderegg

IPC-ShoreTel CTO & Director of Business Development, SC & Southern NC

Jonathan’s IT industry experience spans more than 30 years and covers the gamut of professional roles. Beginning his career as a sales representative, he served as a senior engineer then a professional services manager. In these capacities he gained expertise in the design and implementation of ShoreTel Unified Communications systems. As IPC’s ShoreTel CTO, Jonathan focuses on larger, more intricate ShoreTel designs and assists the sales team with demonstrations, RFPs and customer requests. Because of his engineering background, he also serves as liaison between the Sales and Engineering departments.

Doug Woods

TechFirst Customer Services Manager

Upon leaving the United States Navy in 1975 and earning an Electro/Mechanical Engineering Degree, Doug continued his career in engineering for eight years as a field engineer and service manager with an office automation company in Virginia Beach/Richmond. He then began a new career in sales with IPC through the remainder of the eighties into the nineties. Doug then moved on to become President and Partner of Datura Corporation, which was a software manufacturer of DBA Tools. His company was acquired by Platinum Technologies out of Chicago, where he spent the next five years as the Vice President and Director of the Richmond Office until June of 1999, when Platinum Technologies was acquired by Computer Associates.

Bruce DeLeon

Director of Business Development, Baltimore Metro, DE, PA & NY

Bruce joined IPC with over 25 years of telecom experience. He’s held various sales and sales management positions with companies ranging in size from small voice/data companies to Fortune 100 behemoths. Product knowledge encompasses network services, hardware and software solutions for enterprise end-users and Value Added Resellers (VARs). He’s an ex-USAF computer programmer and is an avid golfer, enjoys billiards and fashions himself as a gourmand.

Jim Krieger

Director of Business Development, Washington DC Metro

Jim has over thirty years of practical experience in the design/ specification, project management, certification and maintenance of all types of Networking and Electronic Systems that support the transmission of data, video, voice and multi-media communications. Project experience includes education, health care and technology center type facilities. Design exposure involves a working knowledge of multi-phase design projects and associated documentation and milestone deliverables. Jim enjoys time with the family and boating.

Curt Lutz

Director of Business Development, Virginia & NC

Curt has held senior account management positions since 1998, specializing in C-level consultative sales. His broad industry experience, ranging from IT and electronics to financial services and entertainment, gives him keen insight and a unique perspective into the needs of customers. In addition to solution sales and project management, Curt is adept at developing strong relationships with vendor partners in order to meet customer needs and goals. A detail-oriented operations and marketing professional, he also excels at developing processes that enable excellence in the delivery of services to customers.

George Montague

Director of Business Development, WV, North NC & Chicago

George has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. An Ohio native, George has a wide base of experience in technology. While his primary focus has been sales, George has experience in project management, network design and management as well as IT consulting services. George is an alum of Notre Dame and earned his Masters Degree from Case Western University. He brings a unique perspective in that he has worked for large companies such as Apple Computer as well as his own entrepreneurial IT ventures. Most recently he has worked as a Senior Sales Executive for manufacturer’s rep group selling Data Center Infrastructure components, focusing on Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to that he was a Sales Executive for a Midwest regional consulting and managed services firm based in Chicago. George has two grown children, and in his spare time he enjoys golf, travel and being a long suffering Cleveland sports team fan.

Dave Sanchez

National Cloud Manager / Director of Business Development, Great Lakes & Heartland

Dave has more than 20 years of communications system experience. Dave grew up in northern California and attended California State University at San Jose and Sacramento. His depth of knowledge is derived from working with large clients in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and legal industries, providing solutions that have integrated technology with business objectives. Certifications in security, sales and network architecture have enabled him to help multi-location companies reduce the complexity of managing networks and equipment. Dave lives with his wife, Lynn, in the River North area of Chicago. Lynn and Dave attend Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where they are active in service work for the community.
